- Orders will be mailed out within three working days after full payment is received.
- We are not responsible or liable for any lost mail. Our responsibility ends once we mail out your order. Registered mail is highly recommended for traceability.
- Payment must be made within two (2) days after an order is placed. Failure to do so may result in the order being cancelled.
- For payment via CIMB/MBB funds transfer, the following details must be emailed to us as soon as possible after payment is made:
- transaction date and time
- transaction reference number (for ATM transfers) or name used for the transfer (for internet banking transfers)
- All sales are final. No cancellations, returns or refunds are allowed, except in special circumstances decided by us.
